Thanks to them the bike has helped me a lot. The bike helps me to go to the town and go to my football club. It helps me to do a lot of things.

The partnership with Going Green has been invaluable. Most young people we work with are dependent on asylum support from the Home Office to cover all of their living costs, which is not sufficient to cover any travel expenses. The bikes provided by Going Green give young people freedom and independence. Young people have used the bikes to travel to essential appointments and to college as well as for leisure and to visit friends. The Going Green team have been wonderful to work with and have gone out of their way to be adaptable and flexible to fit around young people’s schedules when organising bike drop-offs. The quality of the bikes provided has been excellent and the team have taken the time to meet with young people individually to ensure each bike is suitable for the recipient. Through this partnership, we have been able to make a real difference to the daily lives of young people we support.
